Job Summary

We’re looking for a driven and strategic HR Coordinator to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for employees seeking information regarding job openings, policies and procedures, benefits, and other HR-related topics. The job duties might shift based on departmental needs (e.g., heavier focus on benefits during open enrollment).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide flexible support across the HR department with additional HR-related projects and responsibilities as needed
  • Coordinate and support employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other company-sponsored programs
  • Assist with new hire enrollment, open enrollment, qualifying life events, benefit changes, and employee status changes
  • Support recruiting efforts including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, interview coordination, and candidate communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 2+ years of demonstrated knowledge of employee benefits
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance is helpful but not required
