About the Role

·        Real estate is changing fast, and we're rethinking how technology should support agents in that shift. RISE is our next chapter: a unified, AI-powered platform that brings modern workflows to how agents and brokerages sell, market, and grow.

·        We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive our mobile experience end-to-end. This is a high-impact role responsible for defining and delivering the core mobile product used by agents in their daily workflows, while also helping shape how mobile evolves as part of the broader platform over time.

·        This role collaborates closely with North America-based product, design, and engineering teams.

·        Regular overlap with Pacific Time is required. Team members should be comfortable participating in meetings either in the India early morning (~7 am) or later evening (~8 pm), based on team agreements and business needs (2-3 times a week).

·        This role works in close partnership with functional counterparts in North America and helps ensure shared priorities, decisions, and product direction are reflected in day-to-day collaboration with engineering teams in India.

·        Success in this role requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to work effectively across time zones and distributed teams.

·        Mobile is a critical surface for agents. This role defines how and when agents engage with MoxiWorks throughout their day, while shaping how mobile evolves as both a core platform experience and a foundation for future applications.

Key Responsibilities

Own Mobile Product Strategy

·        Own the vision and roadmap for mobile across the RISE platform, in collaboration with our US-based product team.

·        Define how mobile fits into broader agent workflows, using shared backend systems, data, and platform capabilities.

Balance two responsibilities:

·        Platform-aligned execution: ensure mobile is a seamless, high-quality extension of RISE.

·        Forward-looking innovation: identify and shape new mobile-first experiences, including future standalone or consumer-facing applications.

Develop Deep Customer Understanding

·        Work with our US-based product and CS teams to build an understanding of workflows in the real estate sales and marketing space.

·        Translate field insights into clear product direction and prioritized outcomes.

·        Validate ideas through prototypes, testing, and iteration.

Drive Execution with Design & Engineering

·        Partner closely with design and engineering (based in Pune) to ship high-quality mobile experiences.

·        Write PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and guide delivery from concept to launch.

·        Ensure strong alignment with platform capabilities (APIs, data models, workflows) while advocating for mobile-specific needs.

·        Make clear trade-offs and maintain momentum.

Leverage AI, Data, and Automation

·        Identify practical ways AI can improve mobile workflows such as recommendations, automation, and proactive assistance.

·        Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver these capabilities in production.

Influence & Align

·        Work cross-functionally with North America-based product and design teams.

·        Drive clarity across time zones and functions.

·        Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.

Measure & Improve

·        Define success metrics for mobile engagement and workflow completion.

·        Use data and experimentation to continuously improve the product.

Required Skills

·        7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.

·        Strong experience building or owning mobile products at scale.

·        Clear product judgment and ability to operate in ambiguity.

·        Experience working closely with design to deliver high-quality UX.

·        Strong communication skills across distributed teams.

·        Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.

·        Comfort working across legacy systems and new platform investments.
