About the role


We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Partner Agent Representative to drive international enrollment and fuel MUST’s growth in global markets. In this target-focused role, you will act as a primary brand ambassador, proactively prospecting, engaging high-intent leads, and converting prospective international students through compelling outreach and persuasive relationship-building. You will own the full sales and admissions pipeline, from initial contact to final enrollment, while consistently meeting recruitment goals and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.


What you'll do

  • Student Recruitment & Promotion:
    • Promote MUST and its study programs, actively recruiting prospective students in accordance with contractual terms and institutional guidelines.
  • Admissions & Process Management:
    • Coordinate the entire international admissions pipeline, including lead inquiry outreach, student registration, data accuracy assurance, and active follow-ups on student progress.
    • Perform daily monitoring of international admissions paperwork and maintain consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Training:
    • Read, understand, and fully abide by the latest MUST institutional catalog, admissions handbooks, training materials, and organizational policies/procedures.
  • Reporting:
    • Communicate regularly with MUST personnel regarding recruitment status, progress, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in international student recruitment, educational consulting, or sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail regarding documentation accuracy and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple student inquiries, and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Strict commitment to ethical recruitment practices and compliance with university policies.
