Position Overview

The Presales Solutions Engineer is responsible for communicating and demonstrating the value of Netwrix products and security technologies to customers and business partners. The Solutions Engineer uses their technical expertise to collaborate with Account Reps and Sales Managers to compete and win business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Technical Validation: Take ownership of the technical validation process and drive the Technical Clearance to Close (TCC) or Technical Win in the sales cycle.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Partner with sales representatives to create comprehensive strategies for territory, account, and opportunity development.
  • Customer Qualification and Engagement: Assist in qualifying customer needs and provide in-depth technical discussions that align with Netwrix’s value propositions.
  • Product Demonstrations & Workshops: Coordinate and conduct engaging demonstrations, workshops, and walkthroughs for customers’ IT, security, and network teams.
  • Best-Practice Expertise: Provide expert guidance on industry best practices, and support customers with technical expertise on Active Directory Security, ITDR, Privilege Management, and Data Management.
  • Solution Knowledge Development: Develop and continuously enhance knowledge of Netwrix solutions, staying aware of competitive offerings in the market.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer technical champions and decision-makers.
  • Continuous Personal Growth: Stay committed to personal and professional development, embracing a mindset of continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of presales technical experience in the IT security or data management domain.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on presentationsbusiness communication, and problem-solving.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Exchange, SharePoint, and O365/Entra/AD.
  • Expertise in PowerShell and SQL scripting, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory SecurityITDRIdentity and Access Management, and Privileged Access Management.
  • Experience in working with customers and understanding the technical requirements within enterprise environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role, earning the trust of key customer stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
