We are seeking an experienced Informatica Technical Architect to join our team and lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable integration and data solutions for our clients. In this role, you will not only build; you will consult, advise, and solution. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, translate those into technical integration strategies, and design architectures that connect with a large variety of systems including Salesforce products and other enterprise or third-party applications.

This role is primarily focused on data integration solutions using Informatica for iPass ETL and large volume batch imports. Strong experience with Informatica is required. Experience with MuleSoft or other integration tools is a plus but not required. We prioritize solutioning, integration strategy, and client communication skills first.

This is a client-facing consulting role that requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to design solutions that balance functionality, scalability, and maintainability.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data integration solutions primarily using Informatica for ETL and large volume batch imports.
• Configure and optimize data mapping, transformations, and workflows within the Informatica platform.
• Develop, deploy, and manage Informatica applications to meet complex data transformation requirements.
• Develop integration solutions using various protocols like SOAP, REST, and JMS.
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data integration reliability.
• Integrate cloud-based and on-premises systems.
• Collaborate with Data Cloud and other delivery teams on data and integration projects, including blended approaches to Data 360.
• Optimize integration flows for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and integration issues.
• Monitor system and integration performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with architects and other developers to understand requirements and design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Required: Strong experience with Informatica for data integration
• Proficiency in Informatica development concepts, including master data management (MDM), data mapping, transformations, and workflow design
• Experience with API design, development, and testing
• Knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Experience with data formats like JSON and XML
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• A Plus: Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or other Salesforce products (not required).
• Certification in Informatica (preferred)
