What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers in overseeing commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
• Help manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Track project costs and assist with financial reporting and forecasting
• Maintain organized project records and ensure timely communication across all stakeholders
• Participate in site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–5+ years of experience in commercial construction or a related role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
