Job Summary

Omninet is seeking a candidate with Administrative/Office experience with potential for professional growth. This candidate must also have strong financial and analytical skills with a track record of efficiently managing a property’s expenses. The candidate will interface directly with the company’s managing partners, tenants and outside vendors.

This is an incredible opportunity for a candidate with experience and passion for the real estate industry to join a thriving, diverse, fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial investment firm and receive hands on experience in the acquisition process as well as management of the project post-acquisition. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring an excellent tenant experience
• Support Property Management with all building operations
• Primary point of contact for tenants, vendors and employees.
• Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
• Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Strong Computer Skills

• Must reside within 20 miles of Job location.

Compensation Range: $32-$36
