About the Role

We're looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to help coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure work moves efficiently throughout the fulfillment process. This role directly supervises warehouse team members and is accountable for daily fulfillment performance, including productivity, accuracy, safety, and service-level results. The Fulfillment Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership on the warehouse floor, ensuring employees are trained, supported, and meeting operational expectations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. This position works closely with the Fulfillment Manager to support day-to-day warehouse operations and help keep teams aligned with business priorities.

What You'll Do

• Support daily warehouse operations including fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Coordinate workflow and assist with labor allocation to ensure operational priorities are met.
• Monitor order flow, inventory movement, and productivity throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with onboarding and training employees on warehouse processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and communicate improvement opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and reporting tools to support operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Partner with the Fulfillment Manager and warehouse team to improve processes and workflow.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication and attention to detail
