Massage Therapist

Massage Therapist, Silverdale

About Pro Sport

Pro Sport is a team-based sports medicine practice with clinics in Gig Harbor, Silverdale, and Kent. Orthopedic surgery, primary care sports medicine, physical therapy, sports chiropractic, athletic training, and massage therapy work under one roof, on the same patients, toward one goal: fewer sidelines, faster comebacks.

Why massage therapists like it here

- Your work is part of the care plan. Most of your patients come to you on referral from our chiropractors, PTs, and physicians, with the provider's plan written into the chart.

- Athletes and active people, from high school competitors to weekend warriors, who want to get back to their sport.

- You work alongside the providers treating the same patient, so you can ask questions and see how the whole case progresses.

- A massage team to learn from, not a solo room at the end of the hall.

- A consistent schedule. Set AM and PM shifts, not a calendar that changes every week.

What you'll do

- Provide medical and sports massage tailored to each patient's injury, goals, and provider plan

- Document every session in our EHR (Prompt), including for insurance and L&I patients

- Communicate with the referring provider when something changes or a patient isn't progressing

- Help patients book the visits their plan calls for

- Keep your treatment room ready and stocked

What we're looking for

- Active Washington massage therapist license

- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program

- Sports, orthopedic, or medical massage experience preferred; new grads with strong hands and a coachable attitude are welcome

- Someone who lives our core values:

- Follow-Through: your patient, your loop

- Growth: always sharpening your skills and helping others sharpen theirs

- Compassion: meet people where they are

- Speak Up: name it, raise it, solve it

Full time, 30 to 32 hours per week, in set AM (8 to 1) and PM (1 to 6) shifts Monday through Thursday, with a shorter Friday. We'll also consider two part-time therapists with consistent schedules.
