At ParTee Shack, our Guest Experience Associates help create the fun from the moment guests walk through the door.

As a GEA, you’ll be cross-trained throughout the facility and may work in guest services, attractions, events, food & beverage, arcade operations, and our go-kart track. No two shifts are exactly the same!

We’re looking for energetic, dependable team members who enjoy working with people, jumping in where needed, and creating experiences that make guests say, “WOW, that was awesome!”

This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for continued employment based on performance, availability, and business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

🏌️‍♂️ Create Great Guest Experiences

Welcome guests with a smile and assist with check-in. Answer questions and look for those small opportunities to make someone's visit even better.

🧼 Keep ParTee Shack Guest-Ready

Help maintain clean, organized, and safe guest areas, attractions, and workspaces throughout your shift.

🍕 Food, Beverage & Arcade

Prepare and serve menu items, assist with arcade prize redemption, and provide friendly service throughout the facility.

🎈 Support Parties & Events

Assist with birthday and corporate events—help set up, serve food, and celebrate like it's your birthday too. You bring the energy; we’ll provide the candles.

🏎️ Attraction Operations

Help guests safely enjoy our attractions, including go-karts and mini golf. You'll explain the rules, provide instructions, monitor activities, and keep the fun moving.

We’d Love to See

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required
• Availability during holidays and peak seasonal periods
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Able to stand and move throughout your shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, food service, or entertainment experience is a plus—but not required
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple areas of the facility
