About the role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of products in support of our wholesale fulfillment operations. This role ensures inventory integrity and operational efficiency while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

This position focuses on day-to-day warehouse execution, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, equipment operation, and cross-functional coordination with the broader operations team.

What you'll do

       Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

       Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications

       Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

       Maintain organized inventory and assist with regular cycle counts and stock audits

       Label, sort, and stage merchandise in designated warehouse locations

       Operate warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with all safety protocols

       Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

       Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping deadlines

       Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or equipment issues to a supervisor

Qualifications

       High school diploma or GED preferred

       Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is a plus

       Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods

       Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners is a plus

       Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

       Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic

       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

       Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check. Employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory results of the Company's screening process.
