Summary of Position

Content Crew Members are responsible for capturing and delivering high-quality photo and video content at Rebel Athletic events nationwide. This is a contract, project-based role — not a full-time position. Approved Crew Members are invited to cover events based on availability and have the flexibility to accept or decline opportunities as they arise. Most event coverage aligns with the cheer and dance season, running October through May, with crew members expected to begin this fall.

This role plays a key part in bringing Rebel's brand story to life through event photography, videography, and real-time social media content across cheer and dance showcases, competitions, Dream Boutiques, and pop-up activations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to cover Rebel Athletic events, with all travel expenses covered
• Capture high-quality photos and videos using iPhone in fast-paced, dynamic event settings
• Create engaging social media content showcasing Rebel athletes, apparel, and brand experiences
• Time shots to the rhythm of cheer and dance performances to capture peak moments
• Provide quick-turnaround edits using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools for same-day posting
• Deliver both raw and edited content to the Rebel Marketing team for use across platforms
• Represent Rebel with professionalism, positivity, and high energy at every event
• Adapt quickly to shifting event schedules, environments, and content priorities

Required Qualifications

• Skilled in iPhone photography and videography, particularly action and movement shots
• Proficient in editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
• Ability to meet same-day turnaround deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, independent, and self-directed
• Outgoing and professional when engaging with athletes, families, and event staff
• Ability to travel nationwide, primarily on weekends
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about cheer and dance culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience covering cheer or dance events
• Background in content creation, social media, or event coverage
• Strong editing and production skills beyond quick-turnaround apps
• Familiarity with performance industry timing and culture
