About the role:

Art Supervisor is a highly creative and strategic visual leader who develops compelling, insight-driven creative solutions across a variety of channels and platforms. This role combines strong conceptual thinking with a deep understanding of healthcare marketing to create, direct, and champion innovative work that effectively addresses client objectives and audience needs. The Art Supervisor collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, provides creative guidance and mentorship, and contributes beyond core creative responsibilities by demonstrating a strong understanding of brand strategy, market dynamics, and business goals. As a trusted creative partner, the Art Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, impactful work that elevates both the brand and the agency's creative standards.


What you'll do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers and art directors to develop visually compelling concepts that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with Copywriters and Creative Directors to develop innovative and effective advertising campaigns across various media channels, including print, digital, social, and broadcast.
  • Oversee the entire creative process, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to articulate and defend creative concepts and strategies, ensuring that the client’s vision is effectively translated into visual elements.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to the creative team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual quality across all deliverables, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technology to continually push the creative boundaries and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Strategists, and Production teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including freelancers and external vendors, to meet project demands.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in art direction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within an advertising agency or similar environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field
  •  A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different media, with a focus on successful campaigns and innovative designs
  • Exceptional visual design and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving excellence
