About the Role

As an HVAC Installer, you'll play a critical role in delivering quality comfort solutions to homeowners throughout Northeast Ohio. You'll install residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems while ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally, and to Shanklin standards.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to continually develop their skills and career.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Remove and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Represent Shanklin's values and reputation on every job
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• 1-3+ year of HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement
• Team-first mindset and strong character
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
