Pay & Earning Potential: $25/hour base pay, plus bonus opportunities

Schedule: 4 Day Schedule (Weekends Required) 

Hours:

Mondays - Fridays: 9:30am - 7:00pm 

Saturdays: 9:30am - 5:00pm  

Sundays:  10:30am - 5:00pm

Being a Sherman's Guest Advisor is not your typical sales job, and honestly, we don’t identify with that salesperson stereotype. What does fit with how we do things here? Helping people, building trust, and guiding them to the right solution for their home.

We know, we know. "Sales" can conjure up some… interesting images. That’s not us. At Sherman's, we're allergic to the ordinary. So, toss those outdated ideas out the window! Let us show you how we roll: 

Unpredictable Income? Buh-bye! 

Start with guaranteed base pay of $25/hour while you train (first 16–24 weeks).
Most people are ready to hit the floor in 4–6 weeks, so you can start earning monthly and quarterly bonuses pretty quickly. No payback required for base pay. Your base is your safety net. Once your sales earnings go above your base pay, you keep the extra. That’s your bonus. After training for 16-24 weeks, you’ll move to $20/hour guaranteed base pay + the same monthly and quarterly bonuses. Stability with serious earning potential? Yes, please! 

Brutal Retail Hours? Think Again! 

You'll have the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work schedule. Weekends are part of the game, but we value your time. That's why we close up shop earlier on Saturdays and Sundays to give you more quality time outside of work. And Sundays? We even let you enjoy a leisurely morning – we open a bit later so you can have that full Sunday chill you deserve. Plus, you'll have the consistency of the same days off every week – no more constantly rotating schedules!
