Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven New Business Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong prospecting skills and a consultative approach to solving client needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and market research
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Present products and services in a compelling, tailored manner
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts to close deals
  • Establish strong relationships with new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client implementation and satisfaction
  • Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
