SpartanX is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support homeowners throughout the residential solar process. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication, assisting homeowners with project-related questions, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience from installation through system activation and service support.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, communicates professionally, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage customer interactions while coordinating with multiple internal departments.
This role plays a critical part in protecting homeowner experience and supporting operational efficiency.
