  • Work with internal teams to address issues affecting project funding.
  • Support projects involving Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Lightreach.
  • Assist with tracking utility interconnection requirements and project progress.
  • Coordinate with appropriate teams regarding Permission to Operate (PTO) and activation-related issues.

Operational Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with Installation, Service, Interconnection, Customer Experience, and Finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate project information within company systems.
  • Track outstanding monitoring, activation, funding, and closeout requirements.
  • Identify delays and proactively communicate issues affecting project completion.
  • Provide regular reporting on system status, activation progress, and outstanding project requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM, project management, and operational tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with utility interconnection processes.
  • Familiarity with AHJ requirements and Permission to Operate (PTO).
  • Experience coordinating utility-related activation requirements.
  • Background in solar asset management or operations support.

Schedule

Primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday availability based on operational needs.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Full-time position.
  • Opportunities for advancement within a growing solar organization.
  • Collaborative environment working across multiple operational departments.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • Opportunity to directly impact system performance, project activation, and operational success.

Why SpartanX?

A solar installation isn't truly complete just because the panels are on the roof.

Our Monitoring Specialists help ensure systems are performing, activation milestones are completed, funding requirements are satisfied, and projects are properly closed out.

If you understand residential solar operations, know your way around Tesla, Qcells, and Enphase, and take ownership of getting projects across the finish line, we want to hear from you.
