We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hotel Morning Breakfast Attendant to join our team in Gilbert AZ at the brand-new Springhill Suites located in the SanTan Village area. This role is essential in providing guests with a warm, welcoming breakfast experience and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and experience in food service or related fields. Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, fresh, and appealing
• Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking and meal assembly as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Busing tables and removing used dishes to ensure a tidy dining space
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services throughout breakfast hours
• Handle food safety procedures, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management for breakfast items
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold hotel standards of hospitality, guest relations, and customer service excellence

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not necessary
• Kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills, is advantageous
• Customer service skills including phone etiquette and guest relations are essential
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is required
• Hospitality experience within a hotel setting is desirable but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are necessary
