Are you interested in learning how internal systems, tools, and processes power a fast-paced digital agency? If so, explore the role of a Technical Writer / System Admin Intern. We are looking for detail-oriented and curious students who are eager to learn about business systems, documentation, and operational efficiency.


This internship provides hands-on experience supporting internal tools, documenting processes, and improving workflows across teams.


Intern Responsibilities:

Technical Writing & Documentation

  • Assist in creating and updating internal documentation, process guides, and training materials 
  • Help maintain knowledge bases and internal wikis for systems and workflows 
  • Work with teams to document processes clearly and accurately for internal use 

Process & Data Management

  • Assist in auditing systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency 
  • Help organize files, templates, and reports to maintain clean and structured systems 
  • Support efforts to reduce system clutter and improve usability 

Help Desk & Support Exposure

  • Assist in tracking and resolving internal support requests 
  • Shadow team members handling system-related questions and troubleshooting 
  • Help identify recurring issues and contribute to documentation-based solutions 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with IT, Operations, and other departments to support system-related initiatives 
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding system access and documentation updates


Skill Development:

  • Gain hands-on experience with business systems like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and project management tools 
  • Learn how to write clear, structured technical documentation for internal audiences 
  • Develop an understanding of how systems integrate across a digital agency 
  • Build problem-solving skills by supporting system and workflow challenges 
  • Gain exposure to data organization, system hygiene, and operational best practices
