What you'll do

As a team member aligned to our procurement functions, your responsibilities could include:

• Leading or supporting strategic sourcing and category management initiatives
• Managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract execution
• Overseeing procurement operations, systems, and process improvements
• Supporting or managing contract lifecycle activities, including risk mitigation and compliance
• Driving accounts payable efficiency, reconciliation, and financial accuracy
• Partnering with client stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation
• Analyzing spend data, KPIs, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
• Contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities will vary based on your area of expertise and assigned client engagement.

Who we're looking for

You may be a great fit for our Experienced Procurement Professionals talent pool if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, contracts management, procurement operations, and/or accounts payable
• Bring a strong understanding of procurement processes, tools, and best practices
• Are comfortable working in a client-facing environment and delivering high-quality service
• Have experience managing projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Are self-motivated and thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
• Are adaptable and interested in working across different industries or procurement functions

Compensation: This job posting is used to identify potential candidates for our Talent Network which includes candidates with mid to senior level experience. All compensation decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and the role being filled. The base salary for US candidates may range $50,000 - $150,000 depending on the specific variables previously mentioned.
