Sundays for Dogs

GTM Marketing Manager

About your team and position:

The Marketing team owns Sundays' full customer acquisition and growth engine, led by the VP of Growth Marketing. As we expand our product assortment and increase the pace of launch and seasonal activity, the team needs a dedicated owner for go-to-market execution and the integrated campaigns that surround it.

This is a net-new, individual contributor role. The Go-to-Market Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market plan for new products moving through Sundays' pipeline—from pricing and packaging through positioning and promotional launch—and will carry that work into market through integrated, multi-channel campaigns. This role functions similarly to a CPG brand manager, without full P&L responsibility: you'll drive the commercial and marketing decisions that shape how a product comes to market, while Finance retains ultimate accountability for margin and profitability. Brand strategy sits outside this role.

Every launch has two motions, and you'll own both: winning new customers, and moving our existing subscriber base. Most of what a launch actually ships is a product surface—PDPs, quiz placement, SKU and bundle setup, promo mechanics, portal flows—so you'll partner closely with Digital Product & Engineering and Analytics alongside R&D, Supply Chain, Creative, Retention, Operations, and Customer Care to translate a product concept into a launch-ready plan. You'll be the connective tissue ensuring every function is aligned on what's launching, when, and how.

Reports to: VP of Growth Marketing, with no direct reports. You'll work closely with Digital Product & Engineering, Analytics, R&D, Creative, Supply Chain/Operations, Retention, and Customer Care on a regular basis. This is a full-time, remote position with periodic travel to Cleveland.

Your day-to-day:

  • Own the go-to-market plan for new product launches, from initial concept through launch and early performance.
  • Define launch tiers so small bets ship in weeks and big bets get the full plan, and match each launch to the right level of investment.
  • Plan the new customer motion for each launch: offer construction, quiz placement, landing pages and paid creative, first-order economics, and the effect on overall conversion rate.
  • Plan the active subscriber motion for each launch: attach, upgrade and swap; portal and email surfaces; cannibalization of existing SKUs; incremental LTV; and a migration plan for anyone whose plan changes.
  • Define pricing and packaging recommendations in partnership with R&D, Supply Chain, Digital Product, Creative, and Finance, balancing customer value with margin considerations.
  • Write the merchandising and promotional inputs Creative and Digital Product build from—PDP content, quiz placement, SKU and bundle setup, promo mechanics, and portal flows.
  • Define the measurement plan before launch—success criteria, the metrics we'll read, and how we'll read them—then report against it and turn findings into a repeatable go-to-market playbook.
  • Coordinate launch and campaign timelines across Digital Product & Engineering, Analytics, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Retention, and Customer Care, and take integrated campaigns to market across paid, email/CRM, organic social, content, and PR.

What success looks like:

  • 30 days: You've gotten up to speed on the current new product pipeline and marketing calendar, met the Digital Product & Engineering, Analytics, R&D, Supply Chain, Creative, and Retention partners you'll work with regularly, and understand the product surfaces a launch depends on.
  • 3 months: You've led the go-to-market plan for at least one product launch—including its launch tier, pricing and packaging recommendations, plans for both the new customer and active subscriber motions, and a measurement plan agreed before launch—and taken one integrated campaign to market end to end.
  • Ongoing: You're running go-to-market and campaign planning as a repeatable process, with a tiered launch model, defined roles across functions, success criteria set before each launch, and post-launch reporting that informs the next one.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles, ideally in CPG or DTC.
  • You have proven experience leading product launches end-to-end, including pricing and packaging decisions.
  • You have experience launching on a subscription commerce stack, including the eCommerce surfaces a launch runs on—brand pages, PDPs, quiz, SKU and bundle setup, promo mechanics, and subscriber portal flows.
  • You have experience writing merchandising and promotional inputs for design and product teams, and marketing to both new customers and an existing subscriber base (attach, upgrade, and swap).
  • You have experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across paid, email/CRM, organic social, and content.
  • You have a working understanding of unit economics and pricing frameworks, and define success criteria and the measurement plan before a launch rather than after.
  • You have the ability to work cross-functionally across Digital Product & Engineering, Analytics, R&D, Supply Chain, and Creative without formal authority over those teams.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple concurrent launches and campaigns in a fast-paced, remote environment, with strong written communication for briefs, launch plans, and cross-functional updates.
