About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will support the company's Salesforce reporting, Power BI development, and revenue analytics capabilities. You will serve as a trusted analytical partner within Revenue Operations, working cross functionally across the business to translate data into clear, actionable insights that support better decisions.

This role is much more than fulfilling report requests. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, eager to understand how the business operates, and motivated to learn how data connects across systems, processes, and teams. The right person will ask thoughtful questions, identify trends and data issues, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and recommend better ways to measure performance.

This person will combine strong business judgment with hands on technical expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel. They will help build and maintain scalable reporting infrastructure, validate the accuracy of the underlying data, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute as a reliable, collaborative member of the Revenue Operations team.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted analytical partner to Revenue Operations by learning the business, understanding how data connects, and delivering insights that support strategic decision making.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and recurring business reporting in Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Design and maintain scalable Power BI data models, semantic models, measures, and reporting solutions, not just individual dashboards.
  • Translate business questions and reporting needs into clear, sustainable analytics solutions.
  • Partner cross functionally across the business to understand reporting needs, clarify requirements, and improve decision making.
  • Validate and reconcile data across Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and other business systems so stakeholders can trust the numbers.
  • Support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, performance reporting, and executive business reviews.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, opportunities, data anomalies, and data quality issues.
  • Recommend improvements to dashboards, KPIs, reporting processes, data definitions, and Salesforce reporting architecture.
  • Help establish consistent metric definitions and reporting standards across the business.
  • Continuously improve reporting accuracy, speed, automation, usability, and scalability.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and provide context behind the numbers.
  • Manage multiple priorities, communicate progress and risks proactively, and follow work through to completion.

What You'll Bring

  • Five or more years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Revenue Analytics, or a closely related analytics role.
  • Demonstrated experience building executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and business reporting used by senior leaders to make decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting, performance analysis, and executive business reviews.
  • Strong hands on Power BI experience, including data modeling, semantic models, DAX, measures, dashboard development, report performance, and data refreshes.
  • Strong hands on Salesforce experience, including reporting, dashboards, data structure, object relationships, pipeline data, and CRM data quality.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, PivotTables, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, and complex formulas.
  • Experience validating and reconciling data across multiple systems and resolving reporting discrepancies.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate business questions into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Strong analytical judgment with the ability to move beyond reporting and explain what the data means for the business.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accurate, reliable work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business language.
  • Strong business curiosity and an eagerness to learn how the company operates, not just how the reports are built.
  • A collaborative, accountable, responsive, and team oriented working style.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively when priorities or timelines change.
  • A low ego approach, willingness to learn, and comfort receiving feedback and working closely with others.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • SQL experience for querying, validating, and analyzing data.
  • Experience improving Salesforce data quality, CRM governance, or reporting architecture.
  • Experience automating recurring reporting processes and improving analytics efficiency.

Success in the First 90 Days

  • Develop a strong understanding of the business, revenue processes, core metrics, reporting cadence, and key data sources.
  • Build strong working relationships within Revenue Operations and across the business.
  • Demonstrate the ability to validate existing reporting and identify data quality or reporting gaps.
  • Begin contributing to executive dashboards, KPI reporting, forecasting, and recurring business reviews.
  • Establish a reputation for responsiveness, accuracy, curiosity, collaboration, and dependable follow through.

What We Offer

  • This is a fully remote, full time role sourced offshore, such as India or other approved global locations, with the expectation of reliable overlap with our United States based team.
  • Compensation is competitive for the market and commensurate with experience.
