About the role

This role drives end-to-end marketing execution between a leading hyperscaler and a major enterprise technology partner across the APAC region. The focus is on generating influenced pipeline and measurable business outcomes.

 

The Partner Marketing Manager combines strategic planning with hands-on-campaign delivery, working with technology partner’s regional marketing team, partner development manager, and internal cross-functional stakeholders. This role acts as the central liaison ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, performance is tracked rigorously, and marketing investments deliver measurable impact against pipeline targets.


The day to day

  • Build and manage relationships with the technology partner, internal cross-functional teams, and partner development managers, acting as the key point of contact for regional co-marketing execution
  • Own the joint marketing plan execution in region, including top-of-funnel digital campaigns, webinars, and demand generation activities
  • Drive joint co-marketing initiatives aligned to commercial priorities across the partner's full technology portfolio
  • Manage campaign execution end-to-end, including content alignment, messaging, logistics, and platform delivery
  • Own regular campaign performance analysis and reporting cadence with the technology partner and internal leadership
  • Support mid-funnel execution including aligning messaging, securing speakers, and coordinating office/venue resources for partner events
  • Manage MDF budgets with a focus on effective utilisation, ROI tracing, and fund reconciliation
  • Maintain activity and accomplishment trackers, reviewed on a monthly cadence with leadership stakeholders
  • Ensure events and campaigns are listed in partner marketing catalogs and discovery platforms
  • Coordinate with partner development managers and regional partner marketers on strategic priorities
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth program delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns


Skills/experience that you will offer:

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years in B2B marketing within IT, cloud, or enterprise technology environments
  • Experience in Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Campaign Management, or Event Marketing
  • Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns and driving ROI

Core Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management across partners and matrix organisations
  • Solid understanding of demand generation, pipeline development, and campaign performance tracking
  • Experience tracking and growing pipeline metrics and articulating marketing ROI
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • High attention to details, proactive mindset, and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and digital campaign tools
  • Understanding of MDF processes and marketing budget management
  • Knowledge of online and offline marketing channels (digital campaigns, events, content, paid media)
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting capabilities

Additional Strengths:

  • Experience working with partner ecosystems and co-marketing programs
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to balance strategic and hands-on execution
  • Regional (ASEAN/APAC) experience and multilingual capability is a plus
