About the Role
As a Personal Trainer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our members to achieve their health and fitness goals through tailored, one-on-one training sessions. You'll deliver high-quality programs based on individual needs, while also contributing to the energy and culture of the club. In addition to training clients, you’ll be expected to proactively build your client base, support member onboarding, and collaborate with the broader club team to ensure a seamless member experience.
About You
You’re a motivated and approachable trainer with a genuine passion for helping others become the strongest version of themselves. You're confident programming and delivering sessions that are safe, effective, and engaging - whether your client is just starting out or training for performance. You're proactive in building relationships and understand that success in this role comes from both strong client results and being a positive presence in the club.
