Who We’re Looking For:

Therabody is looking for an energetic, collaborative, and highly organised Marketing Executive, ANZ to join our team in Melbourne. This role will be responsible for translating global brand strategy into localised market success across Australia and New Zealand. Acting as the ultimate execution engine across retail, influencer, campaign management, and partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and product velocity.


In this role, you will report directly into the local ANZ Marketing Manager, while operating as an integral part of the wider International Marketing team, which reports into the Marketing Director, International based in London. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, global marketing verticals, and external agency partners to elevate Therabody’s brand touchpoints across the region.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Activations

  • Partner cross-functionally with the ANZ Marketing Manager to cultivate a collaborative, high-performing environment that drives regional brand and commercial growth.
  • Own the day-to-day execution of key marketing initiatives, seamlessly coordinating across local cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of quarterly and annual marketing plans that are strategically aligned with ANZ Sales objectives and International Marketing parameters.
  • Execute high-impact brand and trade marketing activity designed to supercharge brand awareness, localized relevance, and velocity across the region.

Influencer, Content & Agency Management

  • Fuel brand advocacy by coordinating dynamic influencer marketing initiatives, including strategic outreach, localised product seeding, and execution of paid/organic campaigns.
  • Help manage the localised content creation pipeline, overseeing creative briefs and asset coordination while ensuring strict alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Help manage daily relationships with external agency partners (PR, influencer, and experiential activations), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Customer Reviews Generation Management

  • Execute targeted campaigns to consistently drive high-quality, authentic customer reviews across DTC platforms and key ANZ retail partner websites.
  • Monitor and analyze community sentiment, customer reviews and brand tracking to optimize local messaging and consumer education.

Partnerships & Events

  • Assist the ANZ Marketing Manager in the end-to-end planning and execution of localised partnership activations and consumer/trade events across the ANZ marketing calendar.

Retail & Merchandising

  • Help maintain strong relationships with a core portfolio of key ANZ retailers, leading the charge on retail marketing campaigns, promotional calendar executions, and New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Lead the physical rollout of premium merchandising and retail activations across ANZ partner storefronts, managing the distribution of displays, dummy boxes, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Synchronize with internal teams and external suppliers to guarantee flawless, timely execution that meets Therabody’s global visual merchandising and brand standards.

Campaign & Channel Management

  • Coordinate and support integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, PR, influencer, retail, events, CRM, and content channels to ensure a holistic market presence.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of campaign briefs, asset delivery pipelines, and timeline tracking to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor, track, and analyse campaign metrics, translating data into actionable reports, insights, and recommendations to optimise future marketing ROI.

Budget Administration

  • Drive precision in financial tracking by monitoring monthly spend, raising purchase orders, processing agency/vendor invoices, and supporting the finance team with accruals.
  • Work in lockstep with corporate Finance and internal teams to ensure transparent, accurate, and timely budget reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing, brand management, or trade marketing capacity (experience within consumer electronics, lifestyle, health, or premium wellness brands is highly preferred).
  • Proven understanding of integrated campaign execution, the ANZ retail landscape, and standard consumer journey tactics.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Collaborative mindset, with prior experience coordinating with external agencies (PR, creative, or talent management) and handling campaign asset pipelines.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Figma, Asana, or similar).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience handling budget tracking, raising POs, and managing basic financial reporting.
  • Exceptional situational awareness; must be an independent self-starter with the energy, drive, and multitasking ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling organisation.

Base Salary: up to $75,000 AUD (commensurate with experience
