We empower companies to meet regulatory requirements and enhance their cybersecurity posture from day one.

Get to know the Business Operations Team

The Business Operations Team is the central operating hub of Workstreet. We oversee the systems, processes, data, contracting, and alignment with adjacent teams and partners. The team includes a few departments and functions, including Deal Desk, Collections, Data and Analytics, Partnership Management, and IT. The goal of Business Operations is to ensure that our data capture is accurate, our processes are sound, and that the information we gather is fueling our decisions.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and analytically-driven GRC Commercial Analytics Manager to join our growing Business Operations organization. In this senior individual contributor and people manager role, you will sit at the intersection of GRC expertise and commercial deal execution, serving as a critical authority for complex contracts and services engagements. You will lead a team of Proposal Analysts and act as the final internal approver for pricing, contract structure, and service scope on deals involving security and compliance frameworks, governing high-stakes commercial decisions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the final Deal Desk approver for non-standard contracts, custom pricing structures, and service scope exceptions across GRC framework engagements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST).
  • Evaluate contract redlines and negotiate commercial terms across MSAs, SOWs, and order forms in close alignment with Legal, Sales, and Customer Success parameters.
  • Own and enforce end-to-end deal approval workflows within HubSpot and Juro, establishing strict commercial guardrails, approval thresholds, and audit-ready escalation paths.
  • Build and maintain robust pricing models, margin dashboards, and financial analyses to evaluate the profit impact of discounting trends, custom configurations, and new service offerings.
  • Directly manage, coach, and upscale a team of Proposal Analysts, setting operational priorities, conducting quality reviews, and building standardized playbooks to accelerate turnaround speed.
  • Optimize the quote-to-close pipeline by eliminating workflow friction, updating core contract templates, and executing enablement workshops for cross-functional GTM stakeholders.
  • Govern commercial data hygiene and system integrity across HubSpot, Airtable, and StreetSmart, auditing active customer line items, products, and services to catch anomalies before they compound.
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable business intelligence, building custom reporting arrays, automated data governance properties, and recurring data pulls for cross-functional leadership teams.

Who You Are

  • Seasoned commercial operations leader – Command 5+ years of dedicated execution within a Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, commercial finance, or highly quantitative GRC consulting ecosystem.
  • GRC framework strategist – Deeply familiar with the structural and scoping configurations of global compliance standards, explicitly including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, GDPR, and FedRAMP.
  • Advanced pricing and data architect – Possess exceptional quantitative mechanics with proven success building margin analyses, pricing architectures, and executive-ready models from raw telemetry.
  • HubSpot and platform power-user – Highly proficient navigating HubSpot CRM architectures for pipeline management, advanced deal configuration, and automated property management.
  • Disciplined contract navigator – Experienced reviewing, redlining, and structuring legal-commercial frameworks, master services agreements (MSAs), and statement of work (SOW) protocols.
  • Decisive risk governor – Verifiable capability to confidently execute and defend high-consequence commercial approval decisions under tight deadlines and ambiguous constraints.
  • Elite cross-functional communicator – Flawless written and verbal English skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data properties and financial structures into clear directives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process-driven optimization engine – Highly organized, meticulous asset manager who naturally spots hidden data inconsistencies, documents operational SOPs, and manages competing stakeholder priorities.

What will help you succeed

  • Proven people management tenure – Bring 2+ years of experience directly leading, mentoring, and scaling technical proposal teams or revenue analysts.
  • SQL and automation capabilities – Competency with SQL data extractions and lightweight programming (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script) to drive automated workflows.
  • Advanced system integration skill – Direct exposure engineering agentic workflows, data mapping models, and continuous multi-platform application syncs.
  • Startup lifecycle execution – Deep familiarity navigating the unique pricing matrices and fast execution loops found within hyper-growth SaaS or AI-driven technology startups.

What We Offer

  • Role-Related Training: Reimbursement for the successful completion of approved training and certification courses relevant to your current role.
