About the role


The Company Admin Specialist provides administrative support for members enrolled through company and administrator accounts. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate membership and company account information, invoices, processing account changes, completing audits, and communicating with our employers and administrators.


What you'll do

Handle administrative requests and account maintenance for company and administrator accounts
Process membership changes, including:

  • Manage administrative requests and account maintenance for company and administrator accounts.
  • Process membership changes, including new enrollments, updates, withdrawals, reinstatements, age-outs, and other membership status changes.
  • Monitor and respond to requests received through the Company and Data inboxes.
  • Create and maintain accurate invoices for company and administrator accounts.
  • Communicate with employers and administrators regarding account updates, membership changes, invoices, and other administrative needs.
  • Review account and membership information for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate necessary corrections.
  • Handle confidential member and company information with appropriate care and discretion.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives and other internal teams
  • Previous experience in administrative support, membership services, healthcare administration, or account management is a plus

A successful Company Admin Specialist is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive. They take ownership of their work, communicate clearly, and ensure company and membership information is processed accurately and on time. They are comfortable balancing multiple priorities while providing responsive, professional support to employers, administrators, and internal teams.
