Guest Experience Associate

💰 Hourly Rate: $13 an hour + Tips (Guarantee $15)

🤑 Average Hourly Rate with Tips: $16 – $18/hr.

📍 Job Location: 3712 South Holden Road, Greensboro NC 27406

📅 Availability: Flexible hours and availability to work Saturdays

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position with Saturdays availability.

What You’ll Be Doing

🏌️‍♂️ Greet & Check-In:

Welcome guests with a smile and check them in. A good attitude is par for the course.

🧼 Cleanliness & Safety:

Keep everything clean, safe, and guest-ready. A clean course is the key to a hole-in-one kind of day.

🤝 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:

Be the ultimate team player. Collaborate to keep the vibe fun, fast, and functional—no mulligans needed

🍕 Food & Beverage:

Prepare and serve menu items and beverages with accuracy and friendliness. We call this snack therapy.

🎈 ParTee Support

Assist with birthday and corporate events—help set up, serve food, and celebrate like it's your birthday too. You bring the energy; we’ll provide the candles.

👾 Arcade Operations:

Help guests redeem prizes and navigate the arcade. Bonus points if you can explain how claw machines work (we still can’t).

🏎️ Go-Kart Track Operations:

Help guests buckle up and get ready to race, explain the rules, and keep the track safe and running smoothly. You're basically part pit crew, part safety marshal, and part hype team.

We’d Love to See

🎓 High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

💪 Able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs. We don’t skip leg day around here.

🌟 Previous experience in customer service, food, or entertainment? Awesome! But not required.

✔️ A friendly, welcoming personality who knows how to communicate,

(like carrying milkshakes and pizza while dodging flying golf balls).
