Guest Experience Associate

💰 Hourly Rate: $13 an hour + Tips (Guarantee $15)

🤑 Average Hourly Rate with Tips: $16 – $18/hr

📍Job Location: 5300 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh, NC 27603

📅 Availability: Flexible hours and availability to work Saturdays

Eligibility Requirement

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position with Saturdays availability.

What You’ll Be Doing

🏌️‍♂️Greet & Check-In:

Welcome guests with a smile and check them in. A good attitude is par for the course.

🎈ParTee Support:

Assist with birthday and corporate events—help set up, serve food, and celebrate like it's your birthday too. You bring the energy; we’ll provide the candles.

🍕Food & Beverage:

Prepare and serve menu items and beverages with accuracy and friendliness. We call this snack therapy.

🎮 Arcade Operations:

Help guests redeem prizes and navigate the arcade. Bonus points if you can explain how claw machines work (we still can’t).

🧼 Cleanliness & Safety:

Keep everything clean, safe, and guest-ready. A clean course is the key to a hole-in-one kind of day.

🤝 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:

Be the ultimate team player. Collaborate to keep the vibe fun, fast, and functional—no mulligans needed

We’d Love to See

 ✔️ A friendly, welcoming personality who knows how to communicate, “You’re about to have the best time ever.”

 🌟 Previous experience in customer service, food, or entertainment? Awesome! But not required.

⚡ Ability to multitask in a high-energy setting (like carrying milkshakes and pizza while dodging flying golf balls).

 💪Able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs. We don’t skip leg day around here.

 🎓High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
