
Position Summary
The Operations Training Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and supporting training programs that drive operational excellence across the organization. Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, this individual-contributor role partners closely with Operations Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and PAC teams to ensure consistent onboarding, training, communication, meeting management, PAC Hub maintenance, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about employee development and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
● Develop, coordinate, and facilitate PAC training programs.
● Design and deliver training for Operations Directors, Managers, and Supervisors.
● Ensure training materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.
● Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
● Support onboarding and ongoing professional development initiatives.
PAC Hub Management
● Maintain and manage PAC Hub content, ensuring information is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
● Coordinate PAC Hub additions, updates, and enhancements.
● Partner with operational leaders to identify and implement resource improvements.
● Develop and organize training resources, tools, and reference materials within the PAC Hub.
● Monitor user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve usability and effectiveness.
Meeting & Agenda Management
● Manage and coordinate agendas for leadership and operational meetings.
● Prepare, distribute, and maintain Weekly PAC Agendas.
● Provide administrative and logistical support for PAC meetings.
● Support GeoPod meetings through scheduling, preparation, and follow-up activities.
● Document meeting outcomes and ensure action items are communicated and tracked.
Operations Support
● Maintain and oversee the Operations Scorecard, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
● Assist operational leaders with performance tracking and accountability measures.
● Coordinate PAC coverage support to ensure appropriate staffing and operational continuity.
● Collaborate with leadership teams to identify training needs and operational improvements.
● Support special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills
● Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
● Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management or knowledge-sharing platforms.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a deadline-driven environment.
● Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leaders who have competing priorities.
Education/Licensure/Technical Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
● 3+ years of experience in training, operations, human resources, healthcare administration, or a related role.
● Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements.
● Ability to travel to clinic locations as needed for in-person training delivery (estimated 10–20% travel).

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position operates in a remote work environment, with regular travel to clinic locations for in-person training delivery (estimated 10–20% travel). The role requires the ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods, present to groups for training sessions lasting up to several hours, and travel by car or air to clinic sites as needed.
