About the role

As a Solutions Architect at PureFacts, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with our clients’ business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and client stakeholders—to architect solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and drive measurable value.


What you'll do

  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients in the financial services sector.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and platforms to support scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements, including solution presentations and proposal development.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
  • Document architecture decisions, system designs, and integration patterns.
  • Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a solutions architecture role and ideally within fintech or wealth management companies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding the .NET technology stack.
  • Experience with financial services or wealth management platforms is a strong asset.
  • Strong understanding of highly scalable Database systems and architectures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML, or financial reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies(e.g. JavaScript, React, etc..)
  • Understanding of QA Automation frameworks on a microservice architecture.
  • Knowledge of latest LLM capabilities & AI frameworks(e.g. OpenAI API, Langchain, etc..)
