About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to design and build our next-generation agentic AI platform and intelligent AI agents. You will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing systems that enable autonomous agents to reason, learn, plan, and interact in real-world and digital environments. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence, creativity, and innovation.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop scalable agentic AI frameworks and reusable components for building intelligent agents.
  • Build multi-agent systems capable of complex reasoning, memory, tool use, and long-term task execution.
  • Integrate industry-standard AI libraries and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Haystack, or similar.
  • Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and reasoning pipelines.
  • Develop capabilities for agents including planning, context management, feedback loops, reflection, and self-improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers to define features and APIs.
  • Optimize agents for performance, reliability, and safety in production environments.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in agentic AI, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and cognitive architectures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python.
  • 2+ years of experience working with modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
  • Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and systems design.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agent orchestration techniques.
  • Experience deploying AI models and agents in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with autonomous or goal-driven agent architectures (e.g., ReAct, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, CAMEL).
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning or neuro-symbolic reasoning.
- Familiarity with observability tools for AI agents (e.g., LangSmith).
- Contributions to open-source agentic AI tools or frameworks.
- Publications or research experience in multi-agent systems or cognitive AI.

What we offer
• Opportunity to be at the forefront of emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborative, innovation-driven work culture.
• Competitive salary and benefits.
• Flexibility to explore and shape the future of agentic AI platforms.
