About PureFacts Financial Solutions
PureFacts is the leader in the Revenue Performance Management category for wealth and asset management firms. The PureRevenue™ Platform helps organizations maximize revenue potential by connecting pricing, billing, compensation, advisor behavior, and AI-powered intelligence within a single Revenue Book of Record. By transforming fragmented revenue processes into a coordinated growth system, firms gain greater visibility, stronger pricing discipline, improved revenue capture, and more effective advisor alignment. The result is faster organic growth, improved profitability, and increased enterprise value. For more than 25 years, PureFacts has helped leading financial institutions turn revenue from an operational process into a strategic advantage.
At PureFacts, we are building an AI-native platform and company. We embed AI, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows across our products and operations to detect anomalies, surface insights, streamline repetitive work, and support faster, better decision-making. In a highly regulated industry, we believe AI must be practical, governed, and auditable—amplifying human expertise while helping our teams and clients focus on higher-value, strategic work.
About the role
PureFacts is building a unified data platform that brings together multiple existing products into a single, coherent foundation. We're looking for a Platform Product Manager to own this effort end to end — defining the platform's architecture from a product perspective, aligning internal product teams around shared infrastructure, and ensuring the platform serves both our internal product managers and our external clients effectively.
This is a high-leverage, cross-functional role. You'll act as the connective tissue between product lines that have historically operated independently, and you'll need to balance the needs of internal stakeholders building on the platform with the needs of external clients consuming it.
What you'll do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for PureFacts' unified data platform
- Partner with internal Product Managers across multiple product lines to understand their requirements and ensure the platform meets shared and product-specific needs
- Engage directly with external clients to understand how they consume data today and where platform consolidation creates value (or risk) for them
- Drive alignment across engineering, data, and product teams to migrate disparate systems toward a common platform architecture
- Evaluate and integrate AI tooling into the platform roadmap, identifying where AI/ML capabilities create differentiated value for internal teams and clients
- Define platform APIs, data models, and integration patterns in collaboration with engineering leadership
- Own data governance and master data management (MDM) across the platform — defining standards for data quality, lineage, ownership, and classification to ensure consistent, trustworthy data across all product lines
- Manage relationships with third-party data providers — including Custodians, Portfolio Management Platforms, and market data vendors — defining integration standards, SLAs, and data quality expectations that underpin the platform's reliability
- Define the product strategy for core platform services — including authentication, user management, permissions, and entitlements — ensuring these foundational capabilities are secure, scalable, and consistently applied across all products
- Establish metrics and success criteria for platform adoption, both internally and externally
- Manage trade-offs between short-term product team needs and long-term platform scalability
- Communicate platform strategy and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on platform, infrastructure, or data products (not purely customer-facing feature work)
- Direct experience in fintech — you understand financial data, compliance considerations, and the stakes of getting data accuracy and security right
- Experience at a SaaS company, ideally B2B, with an understanding of multi-tenant architecture and how platform decisions affect customer-facing products
- Hands-on experience evaluating or integrating AI tooling into a product or platform — you can speak credibly to where AI adds real value versus where it's noise
- Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders with competing priorities — you can say no to a product team without losing their trust
- Experience working directly with external clients, translating their needs into platform requirements
- Strong technical fluency — you don't need to write code, but you need to hold your own in architecture conversations with engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to flex between technical depth and executive-level framing
Nice to Have
- Experience with data platforms specifically (data lakes, data mesh, unified data layers)
- Background in wealth management, asset management, or financial data/analytics
- Experience leading a platform consolidation or migration effort from the ground up
