The Opportunity:

PureSpectrum is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our esteemed Services team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing complex full-service and sample research projects, fostering strong client relationships, providing expert insights, and driving the success of our clients' research initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contribute to the growth of our client base, and make a significant impact on the market research industry. This position reports to the Associate Director of Services.

This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be able to commute to the Westlake Village office 3 times a week

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their research needs, and developing customized solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Lead client onboarding and ensure seamless integration with the PureSpectrum platform.
  • Conduct data analysis, interpret results, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product Development and Marketing, to drive product enhancements and improvements based on client feedback.
  • Proactively identify and address client issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market research trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities through upselling and expanding our client base.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing project management role within the market research or insights industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research methodologies, data analysis, and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving individual and team goals.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, particularly Forsta Surveys (Decipher), and Qualtrics; and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with questionnaire structure and design, survey testing, sample planning and strategy, data tables/banner specs and deliverables; dashboard and PPT-based reporting deliverables.
