The Opportunity:

PureSpectrum is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Project Management to lead our regional project management team in India. As the Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of market research projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality research solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Project Management team in India, providing strategic direction and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with the global leadership team to align project management strategies with the company's overall objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Establish and maintain project management best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality assurance protocols.
• Develop and implement efficient project management processes to enhance productivity and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their research needs, and proactively addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze project performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, integrating innovative project management practices into operations.
• Help provide training to interns and new hires when necessary.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Master’s from any recognized University or equivalent education/ professional experience required, preferably in Business Management.
• Proven experience (12+ years) in a leadership role overseeing the project management team, preferably in market research or related industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and inspire teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational efficiency and growth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• A passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning.
• Ability to foster positive relationships across teams and customers.
• Willingness to work in the night shift is required.
