The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to expand our presence in Germany within the market research and insights sector. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and contributing to the ongoing growth of PureSpectrum in the region. You will work hands-on with a wide range of stakeholders and decision-makers, supporting organisations as they adopt our technology. This position will report to a senior leader on the Client team. Final reporting structure will be determined based on the candidate's experience and internal alignment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand PureSpectrum’s client base in Germany
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records
  • Become a subject matter expert on PureSpectrum’s products and services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and manage end-to-end sales processes
  • Leverage personal network and market knowledge to identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Director, Central Europe and the Senior Director of Project Management, EMEA
  • Onboard and support new clients for successful long-term engagement

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the Market Research, ResTech, or related industry
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and goal-oriented work style
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in customer relationship management and client onboarding
  • Familiarity with project management practices and tools
  • Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office tools
