ABOUT PURPOSE POSSIBLE

Purpose Possible™ powers mission-driven organizations to transform communities. We accomplish this by providing resources that allow organizational leadership and staff to focus on their mission-driven work! We can take on the rest. Our services focus on helping organizations meet today’s demands. We are thinkers AND doers. We PLAN, PROVIDE, and PRODUCE solutions for sustainable expansion and growth.

Our diverse team of professionals has deep experience in leadership, fundraising, organizational strategy, communications, community engagement, philanthropic and CSR program management, and much more.

Purpose Possible provides hourly support, retainer-based support, and project-based support for clients all over the country. We predominantly work remotely, so being self-motivated and comfortable working independently is of the utmost importance. What’s great about the way we work is that you are in charge of your own schedule!

We are particularly in need of fundraisers with experience across multiple types of fundraising. Experience managing development offices is a plus, as is experience in multiple aspects of fundraising, including individual giving, foundation relations, grant management, major gifts, and boards of directors. Excellent communication skills are imperative to helping our clients reach their goals – you must be able to instill confidence in our clients. Experience with CRMs is desired. In order to ensure our clients are getting the most benefit, you will also need to research additional grant opportunities and determine the best fit(s) for the client.
