What you will be doing:

• Champion the Employee Lifecycle: From leading engaging onboarding programs to conducting insightful exit interviews, you will support our team members at every stage of their journey with us.
• Drive HR Operations: You will handle a variety of HR operational duties, including preparing employee letters, managing our HRIS system with precision, ensuring our data is pristine, and responding to employee queries to ensure a smooth experience.
• Ensure Compliance and Best Practices: As a subject matter expert on Indian labor law, you will develop and maintain HR policies, oversee our POSH program, and manage employee leave in compliance with all regulations. 
• Support and Administer with Excellence: You'll be the go-to person for employee benefits and will support our payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all administrative tasks. You will manage expenses ensuring all claims are handled with the highest standards of accuracy and fulfill your duty of fidelity.
• Coach and Guide People Leaders: Partner closely with managers to provide expert coaching on performance management, navigating and handling sensitive employee relations issues, when required, in full compliance with local laws.
• Collaborate on Talent Acquisition: During our busiest hiring seasons, you will partner with our Talent Acquisition team to help us find and hire the best talent.
• Foster a Thriving Culture: You'll play an active role in our employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing monthly health and wellness sessions and preparing applications for employer awards.

What you will bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in an HR Operations role within a global or multinational company. Previous recruitment experience is also required. 
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Core Expertise: Deep, proven knowledge of Indian Labour Law, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
• Key Skills:
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, other HR-related software, and the Google Suite.
  • A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
