What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a Paid Social & Creative Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. You’ll own the creative strategy for paid social - spotting trends, developing concepts, and producing assets - to attract users, boost engagement, and support channel growth. You’ll also be expected to dig into campaign data, analyze performance, and use insights to optimize creative testing and scale winning ideas.
You’ll also execute the day-to-day evolution of Qustodio’s organic social presence, working closely with our Communications Manager to align on messaging, storytelling, and priorities. This includes hands-on content creation for organic channels, proactive community management, and ongoing engagement with our audience through outreach, moderation, comments, and direct messages, ensuring creative consistency across paid and organic, keeping our social channels on-brand and responsive to consumer needs and current trends.
What you’ll do:
- Data-driven iteration: Analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, engagement, ROI). Identify trends, share learnings, and continuously refine creatives based on data.
- UGC & influencer management: Identify, negotiate, and co-ordinate with content creators and influencers. Manage the pipeline end-to-end, from brief creation to reviewing delivered assets.
- Creative strategy & production: Write ad and organic social copy, develop visual ideas, and generate AI-supported creative assets for multiple channels. Propose, design, and organize creative tests (formats, hooks, topics) that drive both performance and engagement.
- Organic-social collaboration: Partner with the content and communications team to translate campaigns, blog content, and brand narratives into high-performing organic social content.
- Community management and engagement: Actively monitor and moderate comments across social platforms, engaging with our existing and potential audience in a timely, brand-appropriate manner. Track recurring questions, feedback, and issues, and co-ordinate with relevant teams to ensure customer queries are addressed and insights are shared.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience creating and managing social content/ads (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, or similar platforms).
- Hands-on experience creating platform-native content for organic social (short-form video, static posts, carousels, captions).
- Strong creative skills: copywriting, visual ideation, and ability to brief and evaluate creative work.
- Solid analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and A/B test results.
- Familiarity with UGC and influencer content production cycles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices for creative testing.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate creative performance and iterate on insights.
- Comfortable producing reactive and timely social content in response to new content, campaigns, and audience conversations.
- Experience managing social media communities, including comment moderation, audience engagement, and direct message handling.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Native-level English required (other languages a plus).
