What’s the opportunity?
The People & Culture Manager serves as the primary HR leader and expert for in-country operations. Working closely with the Chief People Officer and partnering with Global Business Partners (GBPs), you will drive local people strategy, oversee full-lifecycle employee relations, manage local compliance, and champion in-country workplace culture. You act as the key bridge between global people programs and local market needs, ensuring a high-performing and globally aligned organisation.
