Director of Demand Generation

Qu is seeking a growth marketing manager who’s passionate about building scalable and repeatable marketing and sales enablement programs.

At Qu You Will:

  • Marketing Programs & Campaigns - Evaluate ROI and performance of existing programs and design refreshed strategies for outbound and demand gen campaigns. Includes owning all Email Marketing (Hubspot) programs, organic and paid strategies, webinars, and other channels, coordinating with Sales as needed.
  • Email Marketing - Assess current marketing operations platform effectiveness (Hubspot) and email programs. Execute and manage improved programs, with an ABM lens, including segmentation and nurtures. Serve as Email Marketing Automation super admin, ensuring backend optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Paid Strategies - Manage and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn and other channels), webinars and content marketing programs. Work with industry media companies on additional strategies and conference programs to drive ROI.
  • Website - Optimize current CMS (WordPress) with an eye toward SEO, conversions/performance, landing pages, demo pages, and G4 reporting. Help to support and guide our website refresh.
  • Reporting & Optimization - Analyze performance data across channels, including our CRM (Salesforce.com); create reports and optimization programs. Work collaboratively with the team to build reporting dashboards & analytics.

What we're looking for:

  • A focused demand gen marketing professional with restaurant technology (SaaS) experience.
  • Hands-on problem solver with critical thinking skills and creative ideas.
  • A proactive communicator with a growth mindset.
  • At least 5+ years of direct marketing and sales operations leadership experience working cross-functionally in an organization.
