At Qu you will be responsible for:
- Contract Supervision: Oversee the creation, review, and execution of multiple sales orders and statements of work, ensuring all documents are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
- Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and execute contracts, ensuring data is correctly captured, maintained, and easily accessible for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, product and operations to ensure timely contract execution, resolving any issues that arise during the process.
- Contract Negotiation Support: Provide guidance and support in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, offering input to ensure terms align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards, minimizing risk exposure.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, sales orders, and SOWs in Salesforce. Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management on the status of contracts and execution timelines.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to contract management, working closely with other departments to implement efficiencies.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor junior team members on contract management processes, Salesforce usage, and best practices for contract execution.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a sales or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and contract management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify and address issues before they become major challenges.
- This role can be remote, with some travel possible (20%)
- The Candidate will be expected to interact with various departments and customers regularly.
The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
