- Support pilot deployments and phased rollouts, managing dependencies, risks, and resource planning across engineering and operations teams.
- Establish program-level reporting and dashboard visibility to communicate status, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive structured issue resolution processes, ensuring critical issues (e.g., ordering exceptions, data discrepancies) are triaged and resolved effectively.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, planning sessions, and feedback loops across internal and client-facing teams.
- Champion documentation and operational rigor to ensure repeatable success as projects scale.

- Strong understanding of agile delivery processes and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience in stakeholder management, with a clear and confident communication style across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with backend platform development, APIs, or enterprise data systems is a strong plus.
- Comfort operating in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive in identifying and managing risks.
