Senior Product Manager, Administrative Applications & Services

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our administrative-facing applications and services. This role will focus on the tools that power our unified commerce platform, specifically handling configuration, reporting, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of these critical applications, ensuring they empower our clients to efficiently manage their operations.

At Qu you will:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to deliver innovative solutions that streamline administrative workflows, enhance user experience, and support the scalability of our platform. 

  • Leverage your deep understanding of B2B SaaS products, combined with a passion for creating intuitive and impactful tools.

  • Own and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals.

  • Apply strong UX design principles to create user-friendly applications in collaboration with designers.

  • Use data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance.

  • Work closely with Agile development teams to ensure timely product releases.

  • Utilize your experience in the Hospitality Industry, with a specific focus on Restaurant Technology, including point-of-sale (POS), kitchen management systems, or other in-store solutions.

  • Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and platforms, including the ability to define metrics and KPIs to measure product success.

  • Utilize your knowledge of integration and API management, particularly in the context of enterprise and mid-market platforms.


What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology platforms. 

  • Background in customer onboarding and training, with experience developing tools or processes that enhance user adoption and engagement.

  • Experience working with AI/ML-powered applications and services, particularly those that support operational efficiencies.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field, preferred (e.g., business, technology, or design).

  • Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful products from concept to market, with an emphasis on administrative tools and services (e.g., configuration, reporting, onboarding, and maintenance). 

  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers to create intuitive, user-friendly applications. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to drive product decisions and optimize performance. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver product solutions on time and within scope. 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision, strategy, and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Experience managing a product roadmap and backlog, with the ability to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals. 

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working closely with development teams in an Agile environment.
