Product Analyst

At Qu you will:

  • Perform requirements analysis, write a backlog of epics and stories for your Product.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and correctly implemented.
  • Help Dev and QA validate and prioritize issues reported by clients, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Respond to functional questions from clients and internal teams, providing support and guidance on system usage.
  • Participate in defining and documenting system changes and improvements based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure solutions meet quality standards, develop user acceptance criteria, and support test case development.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and conduct external competitor/market analysis.
  • Work with our UX team to develop user interaction diagrams and mockups.
  • Write documentation and release notes.
  • Write customer communication and participate in internal/external meetings.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience as a product analyst, business analyst, or product owner for applications that have strong user interaction components.
  • Strong and effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Independence and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Writing clear and concise user stories, and user flows.
  • Experience with startup product development and MVP.
  • Understand Agile/SCRUM development approach and Atlassian tools.
  • Experience with B2C Web development.
  • Experience with Point of Sale, web eCommerce, analytics applications.
  • Experience with Retail, Restaurant, Grocery Technology Platforms.
  • CSPO Pragmatic Institute Certifications.
