At Qu you will:
- Manage the installation of our new IoT based energy and equipment management solutions at our restaurant customer sites and iterate on the process working with Engineering and Qu Operations.
Deploy smart kitchen solution at customer sites, including: CT monitors in electrical panels, thermostat swaps, wireless temperature sensor installation, and internet gateway and LoRaWAN network setup. - Train with the installation team to learn about the solution, the installation process, and how to support the customer. Onboarding will include ride alongs to observe an install and conduct an install with support.
- Communicate with technical staff and account managers to ensure seamless installation and high quality customer experience.
- Contribute to on-going implementation improvement projects including the installer app and Qu partner engagement.
- Provide feedback to the technical team about the installation process.
- Travel to customer sites in your region as required.
What we're looking for:
- Experience installing in live 120/208V electric panels; familiarity with three-phase commercial electrical environments. There will not be live 480V work required.
- Familiar with CT monitoring solutions.
- Comfort with web-enabled configuration and provisioning tools to connect sensors and thermostats with network equipment.
- Familiarity with restaurant environments and hardware solutions.
- Ability to travel regionally with two weeks notice.
- Experience with HVAC installation and system knowledge is preferred.
