We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Intern to support our Data & Reporting product line. You will play a critical role in with quality assurance efforts for reporting tools and dashboards.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS product operations, with exposure to cross-functional teams including Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.

At Qu you will:

• Review,  categorize and prioritize data-related tickets based on customer experience, business impact and complexity. 
• Coordinate with Support and Engineering to drive timely resolutions
• Perform validation and spot-checking of data sets, dashboards, and reports
• Investigate anomalies or mismatches between source systems and reporting outputs
• Maintain and improve internal playbooks and QA checklists for data validation
• Assist in building out test cases for new or updated reporting features
• Support the PM team in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical and investigative mindset
• Basic understanding of relational databases, reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), or SQL is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
