About The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our Product Management team in a full-time capacity. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and tailored to our users' needs. If you have a passion for design, problem-solving, and creating user-centered solutions, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


At Qu you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define and design user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and use insights to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system across products.
  • Ensure that designs align with accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.


What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and designing for inclusive experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
