At Qu you will be responsible for:
Product Discovery & Delivery
- Collaborate, develop and maintain a customer-informed roadmap anticipating future opportunities.
- Lead scoping of functional areas of POS
- Write and prioritize epics and user stories; define acceptance criteria.
- Ensure features are well-tested, meet customer expectations, and deliver business value.
Customer & Market Insight
- Conduct interviews, site visits, and usability testing to validate product direction.
- Build feedback loops through internal and external stakeholder conversations.
- Monitor market and competitive trends to inform roadmap decisions.
Agile Collaboration
- Partner with the current POS Product Manager to align priorities and ensure consistent execution across functional areas.
- Work closely with engineering and design through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to capture feedback and communicate releases.
- Support clear communication with documentation, release notes, and presentations.
Outcomes & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to define actionable requirements.
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success and inform iteration.
- Drive continuous improvement of POS workflows and innovation initiatives to deliver measurable business impact.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on backlog ownership.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end product lifecycles from concept through launch.
- Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proven ability to conduct user discovery and translate insights into clear requirements.
- Experience collaborating closely with design and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, retail, hospitality, or POS systems is preferred.
- Expertise in core POS functionalities like checkout, payments, discounts, and menus is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
